72 Shemot | 72 שמות
There are three verses in a row in Exodus 14:19-21 (the second book of the Torah, which in Hebrew is called Shemot, Names), with exactly 72 letters each. From them are drawn the 72 Names of God, one of the most powerful sets that channel the unfolding energy of the Divine.
And since all Creation is a manifestation of God, the 72 Names constitute the structural code of the Universe and also of the entire field of the human, symbolically represented by the peoples and nations named in the Bible.
The derivation of the 72 Names, as it appears in the Sefer haBahir (a 12th century Qabalah treatise) tells us:
The above three verses are arranged in a special way:
- The first is written straight (starting from the right, as is usual in Hebrew).
- The second is written below the previous one, but in a retrograde manner, that is, starting from the left.
- The third, below the previous two, is written again in a direct manner (from right to left).
This is a classical way of dealing with ternaries. The Qabalah, as shown in the Tree of Life, which is its basic diagram, is a three-column system. The sefirot of the Tree, its fundamental elements, always appear in sets of three: active, passive and neutral; force, form and balance; mercy, severity and mildness, giving, receiving and sharing, etc.
In our case, the first verse corresponds to the right or mercy pillar; the second to the left: severity or rigor (and if one is expansive, the other is contractive, so it is written in the opposite direction); the third, logically, corresponds to the central column, that of balance or conscience, which tends naturally to the right.
Thus we have the three verses in line, one below the previous one. If we now read them vertically, that is, in triads, we obtain 72 sets of three letters each. Each of these sets of three letters is interpreted as a Name. Thus we have 72 Names.
These are the three verses:
ויסע מלאך האלהים ההלך לפני מחנה ישראל וילך מאחריהם ויסע ויסע עמוד הענן מפניהם מפניהם ויעמד מאחריהםThis 72 names can also be obtained from various psalms. The corresponding phrase of each psalm is specified in each name so that we can meditate on it and connect with the energy of the name.
The messenger of God, who had been going ahead of the Israelite army, now moved and followed behind them; and the pillar of cloud shifted from in front of them and took up a place behind them, and it came between the army of the Egyptians and the army of Israel. Thus there was the cloud with the darkness, and it cast a spell upon the night, so that the one could not come near the other all through the night. Then Moses held out his arm over the sea and the Eternal drove back the sea with a strong east wind all that night, and turned the sea into dry ground. The waters were split.
This page is mainly theoretical, but different meditation techniques will be specified for these names in other section.
However, for now, you can meditate on the psalms indicated for each name.
As for the dates in Hebrew. These are when this name rules energetically with greater force, so it is advisable to perform the relevant meditations on those days.
To find out which day corresponds to the Gregorian calendar, you can use this website: Hebrew calendar converter.
Although, if you were born under the influence of a particular name, you can use its full potential at any time of the year.
There are two ways to pronounce these names. One is the reading given by Moshe Cordovero. The other way of pronouncing would be the method of Abraham Abulafia, where the first syllable of each letter is taken.
For example, in the first name Vav He Vav, it would be pronounced VaHeVa, in the second name Yod Lamed Yod, it would be pronounced YoLaYo, the third name Samekh Yod Mem, will be SaYoTe. And so on. With attention to the letter Ayin, ע , which would be pronounced with a sound between A and O, a gutural sound (Always following the Hebrew pronunciation).
But be very careful with the use of these names, because they contain a powerful energy, that when meditating on them, we will activate. And it is possible that it will attract corrections to our life, if our vessel is not prepared. Each correction will depend on the name, and usually they are not pleasant situations, although they are necessary, that will clean bad habits, etc.
For this reason, it is necessary to be prepared before starting to work with these names.
Instructions on how to prepare our vessel will be given in the section dedicated to "practice and meditation".

It connects with the light of the Kabod, כבוד, the Glory, which represents the full manifestation of the Godhead, as it appears in the prophetic vision. אמר ליהוה מחסי ומצודתי אלהי אבטח-בו.Chesed of Kether, the absolute of mercy. It is the state of all-embracing unity consciousness manifesting as superabundant, giving fullness. It transcends all opposition, polarity, complementarity: God is the central reality of our consciousness and we live in the miracle. And we can reach this level through the harmony and profound balance that this Name transmits. There is talk of karma, of the consequences of our actions, of the law of cause and effect, which is obviously true. But the mercy, goodness, unity and fullness of Kether is above all levels of action (for it embodies the Divine Will itself) and can generate any situation, any transformation, any change, so that all can be forgiven, erased, transcended. These are the thirteen measures of mercy.
I say of the LORD, my refuge and stronghold, my God in whom I trust,
(Psalm 91:2)

The latter always accompanies us, even if sometimes it does not show itself to us.
The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, His ears attentive to their cry.
(Psalm 34:16)
עלמ opens the direct channel to our higher nature, clears the way and urges us to follow it and persist in it. This Name is an antidote to process, dissolve, release, transmute the structures that have been constellated around traumatic experiences, fears, complexes, self-destructive patterns that generate negative thoughts and moods. For all these reasons, the Name עלמ, is used for thought control, eliminating all kinds of negative thoughts, and as a formidable shield that rejects negativity. In addition, its light protects us from accidents and grants inner peace to distressed and tormented people.

In the center all things are one. And in it dwells the impersonal and eternal I Am.

It performs in us an inner alchemy, preparing and widening our vessel, making it fit to be a temple of the Presence. Through ללה, we can enter the higher worlds that make up the archetypal framework of our world. ללה shows us the archetypal design of events, as they are contained in the Light.
Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I call to You all day long;
(Psalm 86:3)
אכא
Hod of Kether.
Hebrew calendar: 1 to 5 of Iyar.

Gematria: 22.
אני שכבתי ואישנה הקיצותי כי יהוה יסמכניMystical consciousness expressing itself through the mind. It is the experience of "faith" (Emunah), from the same root as "truth" (Emet): bringing to mind supraconscious perception grasped through pure intuition. Truth is its ethics. This applies both to self-knowledge and to knowledge of the secrets of nature. In the Divine vision everything appears ordered, in its place. It is the code that connects us with the program of the soul, which implies the understanding of one's own design and destiny. To know what is our task in life. To give spiritual meaning to experiences.
I lie down and sleep and wake again, for the LORD sustains me.
(Psalm 3:6)
כהת
Yesod of Kether.

ידעתי יהוה כי-צדק משפטיך ואמונה עניתניAs a channeling of Yesod of Kether it is a Name of mysticism, sensitivity, psychism. It is the mirror of God, reflecting in the higher astral the light of Kether.
I know, O LORD, that Your rulings are just; rightly have You humbled me.
(Psalm 119:75)
It is the ether of mercy which flows continuously, but which also has its tides, like the moon. It means that the light does not always manifest itself openly, explicitly, although it is invariably guiding, supporting and protecting.
Thus the three letters of this Name channel the blessing of the Priests, that of the threefold Tetragrammaton, the twelve-letter Name.
כהת, reflects His Face in all facets of Consciousness, Energy, Creation, Self and Universe, in any of its manifestations. It makes us feel the presence of God in all realms of the Cosmos. In particular, it connects us with our own Divinity, itself a reflection of the Absolute Deity.
הזי
Chokmah of Chokmah.
Hebrew calendar: 11 to 15 Iyar.
Pronunciation: Hazay / HeZaYo.
Gematria: 22.
למה יהוה תזנח נפשי תסתיר פניך ממניIn the Sefer Yetzirah we learn that the archetypal letters are generated in the second sefira, Chokmah, which this Name superlatively channels (Chokmah of Chokmah). The letters are spiritual entities, that is, forms of energetic consciousness. It is the combinations of letters that constitute the essence of angelic beings in particular, and of all things in this living Cosmos in general. Even the Names of God are expressed by letters. One application of the letters is to give spiritual form to one's own body of light with which, for example, to be able to ascend in meditation to the higher worlds.
Why, O LORD, do You reject me, do You hide Your face from me?
(Psalm 88:15)
אלד
Binah of Chokmah.
Hebrew calendar: 16 to 20 Iyar.
Pronunciation: Alad / ALaDa.
Gematria: 35.
יהוה אלהי ישועתי יום-צעקתי בלילה נגדךIt channels the Binah energy of Chokmah, that is, the conceiving power of wisdom.Literally, in Hebrew, it means "I will beget or "I will bring forth", and אלד also "I will conceive or "I will give birth", which gives an idea of the regenerative capacity that this Name channels. The light of this Name can, if we are open to it and do not resist change, bring forth in us the spiritual consciousness, the consciousness of divine immanence, the consciousness of our divinity.
O LORD, God of my deliverance, when I cry out in the night before You,
(Psalm 88:2)
אלד purifies and regenerates on all levels. That is why he is also a great healer. The healing that this angel channels is from the top down, through the spirit, essential to neutralize depression and anguish that come essentially from a blockage of the Light. Precisely because of the irradiation of its positive energy the Name אלד is a magnificent shield against evil and all kinds of negative energies.
לאו
Chesed of Chokmah.
Hebrew calendar: 21 to 25 Iyar.
Pronunciation: Lav / LaAVa.
Gematria: 37.
לולא האמנתי לראות בטוב-יהוה בארץ חיייםThis Name represents the union of Wisdom and Love and confers spiritual power based on both. It thus gives the ability to exercise religious and political leadership, and places one in a position of spiritual and material authority. On the mental plane, it provides the connection with the abstract mind and the archetypes of the collective unconscious. Greatness of soul is its hallmark, which is accompanied, if genuine, by a corresponding humility. The individual, under its influence, becomes a benefactor of humanity. It helps us to overcome pride, putting us in touch with our true identity. All spiritual power stems from our submission to the Divine Will within us, as manifested by our Higher Self.
Had I not the assurance that I would enjoy the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living....
(Psalm 27:13)
ההע
Gevurah of Chokmah.
Hebrew calendar: 26th to 29th of Iyar.
Pronunciation: Haha / HeHeO.
Gematria: 80
שובה יהוה חלצה נפשי הושיעני למען חסדךIt is the power of wisdom. This Name, which acts with the energy of lightning and thunder, channels a powerful light of liberation from all bondages, bondages that are in essence mental, arising from ignorance of our own nature, from our attachment to our own conceptions, programming, conditioning, habits, which we take as if they were our true selves. And it liberates us not through battle, but with the light of wisdom. Wisdom is born of detachment. Its power springs from consciousness, pure illumination that permeates even the most insignificant chinks of the vast universe. It is consciousness that has created our world. And all worlds. We perceive how that consciousness subsists in all states of mind. Wisdom is the mode of being of pure consciousness.
O LORD, turn! Rescue me! Deliver me as befits Your faithfulness.
(Psalm 6:5)
יזל
Tiferet of Chokmah.
Hebrew calendar: 1 to 5 Sivan.
Pronunciation: Yezal / YoZaLa.
Gematria: 47.
ישבעו עצי יהוה ארזי לבנון אשר נטעThe Beauty (balance, harmony) of Wisdom. Or also the "I" of wisdom. Or wisdom as "I", that is, the transcendent identity, the divine root of the soul, its active power. This Name embodies the light of the Messiah, which in Qabalah does not represent a person but a state of consciousness, which is reached precisely when, in direct contact with the Divine, we know and are known (the vision of God face to face, spiritual experience of Chokmah) and the light of Wisdom shines through the soul from its transpersonal root. It is not a Name of revelation and blessing for one alone, but carries a message of union, solidarity, fraternity (another aspect of heaven on earth). The light of this Name brings with it Shalom, peace, and wholeness, on all levels. In wisdom we are all one.
The trees of the LORD drink their fill, the cedars of Lebanon, His own planting,
(Psalm 104:16)

ויהי יהוה משגב לדך משגב לעתות בצרהNetzach of Chokmah, i.e., wisdom expressing itself through the emotions. In its most exalted aspect it therefore teaches the way of love, of authentic love, of giving. It brings us victory over the emotions that oppress us, liberation from affective sufferings, past or present, from feelings that do not bring us happiness. It frees us from the loving chains of the past that keep us imprisoned, from the restricted conception we have of love. It also frees us from mental dependencies and false expectations. The light of the Name also connects us with the wisdom of nature. They teach us to listen and pay attention to our instinct, to what is natural in us. Moreover, it confers great intuition and inspiration. Even a telepathic transmission.
The LORD is a haven for the oppressed, a haven in times of trouble.
(Psalm 9:10)
הרי
Hod of Chokmah.
Hebrew calendar: 11 to 15 Sivan.
Pronunciation: Heri / HeReYo.
Gematria: 315.
הנה כי-כן יברך גבר ירא יהוה.Hod of Chokmah, wisdom as intellect and will. An unfolding of mental possibilities is to be expected at the seed point where they all converge as art, science and spirituality, that is, at the point where reason and emotion unite in a unity of a higher kind that encompasses and transcends them, so that knowledge is both pure love and mental clarity, and furthermore it is will that finds the logical path to express itself as art, science or religion.
So shall the man who fears the LORD be blessed.
(Psalm 128:4):
We can foresee all the long-term consequences of our actions, consequences for ourselves and for others, the principle of cause and effect globally in action. It is an unbeatable guide in meditation practices. It teaches us to quiet our mind, to reach the depths of our thinking, to break down the barriers that impede our vision, to dwell in the abstract plane of speaking silence. It also explains to us the meaning of visions. הרי is also a guardian and a protector. Above all, it protects us from destructive criticism and negative thoughts, both our own and those of others.
הקמ
Yesod of Chokmah.
Hebrew calendar: 16 to 20 Sivan.
Pronunciation: Heqאמ ₪ HeQoMe.
Gematria: 145.
למה יהוה תעמד ברחוק תעלים לעתות לעתות בצרהYesod of Chokmah: this is a Name of direct wisdom, of intuition and sensitivity. It is the direct transmitter of the pure energy of Chokmah to the sphere of the astral. It represents, then, the power of the imagination, its capacity to reflect in image the highest archetypes of the spirit.
Why, O LORD, do You stand aloof, heedless in times of trouble?
(Psalm 10:1)
It governs the astral double. Also the energetic transmutation that becomes our body of light (symbolized in the elevation of the serpent).
It is the rod of God, the rod with which Moses and Aaron did the wondrous deeds, the rod that transformed into a serpent, the power of the pillar in the middle of the Tree of Life. Image of the serpent of Wisdom ascending the 22 paths of the Tree of Life (one of the classic images of the path of return). When its head reaches the center of Kether the Light fills our whole body and we have true life.
לאו
Chokmah of Binah.
Hebrew calendar: 21 to 25 Sivan.
Pronunciation: Leu / LaAVa.
Gematria: 37.
הודו ליהוה קראו בשמו הודיעו בעמים עלילותיוIt channels the Chokmah energy of Binah. It is, in a descending sense, revelation and, in an ascending sense, transcendence of form. The light of this Name liberates us whenever we feel enclosed, confined, limited.
Praise the LORD; call on His name; proclaim His deeds among the peoples.
(Psalm 105:1)
In particular, who binds us, who keeps us confined in a prison? It is our exclusively egoic way of functioning and perceiving the world. Meditation on this Name opens us to that space of consciousness which is what we call our "I". By unblocking the ego we keep open the channel that connects us with our Inner Guide on a path of increasing revelation.
In general, לאו is an inspirer in all creative mental activity. It is also a healer (transcendence of form). In particular it acts on everything related to the body of sleep (insomnia, nightmares, night terrors...) and to the excess of nervous and mental activity.
The meditation of the Name לאו, is the meditation of the Name of God יהוה (the psalm verse invites us to it), which is the form of our inner being.
כלי
Binah of Binah.
Hebrew calendar: 25 to 30 Sivan.
Pronunciation: Kili / KaLaYo.
Gematria: 60.
ברכו יהוה כל-צבאיו משרתיו עשי רצונו.Binah of Binah. It channels the creative powers of the mother: fertility, abundance, fruitfulness, procreation. This on all levels, whether it is to conceive a baby (and this Name or its angel is invoked in sterility problems), or to give birth to new ideas or a new way of approaching a problem. Also to conceive and give birth to the divine child in us.
bless the LORD, all His hosts, His servants who do His will;
(Psalm 103:21)
The Name כלי helps us to repair our vessel (Kli) and enlarge it, increasing our receptivity to the Light. Now, repairing our vessel, enlarging it, is essentially a work on the heart.
It connects with the power of the heart, of the soul at the level of Ruach, which radiates, but it is a heart connected with Binah, with the soul at the level of Neshama, with the spirit. It opens the door to the sphere of Binah, the cosmic consciousness.
לוו
Chesed of Binah.
Hebrew calendar: 1 to 5 of Tammuz.
Pronunciation: Levu / LaVaVa.
Gematria: 42.
קוה קויתי יהוה ויט אלי וישמע שועתיIt channels the action of Providence. Chesed of Binah is expansive intelligence. It brings us, thus good experiences of growth. and helps us to take advantage of them and not to let them go. Now, since the needs of our spiritual soul do not always coincide with our conscious orientation, some of these experiences can be hard.
I put my hope in the LORD; He inclined toward me, and heeded my cry.
(Psalm 40:2)
לוו helps us to face them, understanding their meaning, accepting their necessity, avoiding falling into despair. In general, it makes us able to get the best out of situations and people. It also teaches us to remain joyful even in times of adversity.
This is important if we want to remain in a state of constant connection. לוו bridges the Abyss. It has the open connection with God always open. It teaches us the lesson that the Light is always present, always filling us to the full extent of our possibilities, i.e., the breadth of our vessel. It is enough that we want it, the Light is always immediately present.
פהל
Gevurah of Binah.
Hebrew calendar: 6 to 10 of Tammuz.

Accept, O LORD, my freewill offerings;teach me Your rules.
(Psalm 119:108)
It represents the action of Divine, saving and redeeming power. This is a Name to exercise rigor over oneself if we want to be free of our attachments and addictions and to release our spirit, since it is spiritual energy that we are talking about. If we invoke the power of the Name פהל, we will then have that energy that will make us cross our particular Red Sea and, without knowing how, we will find ourselves free, on the other side, while the psychic forces that oppressed us will drown in the sea of the unconscious, the universal matrix, to be recycled again. The Name, so to speak, operates the spiritual purification of the left column of the Tree, the seat of the desire to receive in general.
נלכ
Tiferet of Binah.
Hebrew calendar: 11 to 15 of Tammuz.
Pronunciation: Nalakh / NuLaKha.
Gematria: 100
על-כן אודך בגוים יהוה ולשמך אזמרהAs a Tiferet Name of Binah it expresses the Beauty of the Cosmic Law. Beauty in the tiferetic sense, which entails harmony, proportion, balance. The energy of the Name manifests the complete balance of the Law, which is embodied in all its mechanisms of Providence and Rectification. נלכ , moreover, is the light that shines in the darkness, conferring the deep understanding of the cosmic dynamics, both in the external aspect, science, mathematics, esotericism, as well as in that of the cycles and the destiny of the soul. If we appeal to the energy of the Name נלכ , it repairs our connection to the root of our soul, puts us in circuit with the energy of Binah, expanding our mind, learning to restrain our ego and listen to the true deep self, immanent and transcendent to our incarnation. נלכ is, moreover, a formidable protector that gives us absolute victory over the forces of evil.
For this I sing Your praise among the nations, LORD, and hymn Your name:
(Psalm 18:50)
ייי
Netzach of Binah.
Hebrew calendar: 16 to 20 of Tammuz.
Pronunciation: Yeyai / YoYoYo.
Gematria: 30.
רוצה יהוה את-יראיו את-המיחלים לחסדוNetzach of Binah. Literal associations: Victory of the Understanding, or active Intelligence, or ray of the Spirit. Victory in the sense of projection or manifestation of active, creative intelligence (according to the design contained in the Yod, seed letter of Chokmah) as when it is said: "And the Spirit of Elohim hovering over the surface of the waters". And then we have the projection of the septenary in the seven days of Creation, seven being the number of Netzach. With this Name there is thus a direct transmission of creative energy from Binah to Malkuth.
but the LORD values those who fear Him, those who depend on His faithful care.
(Psalm 147:11)
This Name brings a great projection of Light, an active intervention of the divine. We use the Yod to place a spiritual seed and to energize it. In the Name יייי, its manifesting and creative power is augmented by the three yodim in the triangular form of Binah. It is the blessing of the three columns through the Name of God (the triple repetition of the Tetragram is considered to constitute the 12-letter Name, through which, according to the Zohar, Elijah attained immortality).
This name carries the 3 yod, it is the name of the blessing.
מלה
Hod of Binah.
Hebrew calendar: 21 to 24 of Tammuz.
Pronunciation: Melah / MeLaHe.
Gematria: 75.
זה-היום עשה יהוה נגילה ונשמחה בו.Like Hod of Binah, the Name מלה channels the light of thought, both in its passive aspect of intellectual understanding and lucidity, and in its active aspect of creation through speech. In the former case, meditation on this Name confers great understanding and lucidity. It activates the understanding of the universal laws, but not only as regards the contemplation of the principles, but also in the practical aspect of what is our personal place in it all.
This is the day that the LORD has made, let us exult and rejoice on it.
(Psalm 118:24)
This Name and channels great healing power (according to tradition expressed primarily through all methods of natural healing). It also gives us the power to create our own world. This is not only in the restricted sense of our personal circumstances. Through the power of the word we are co-creators in the task of bringing the divine plan of Creation to ultimate perfection. We can modify not only our inner self for the sake of perfection, understood as the totality of being, but also effect change in the outer, material and social world.
חהו
Yesod of Binah.
Aquarius. Hebrew calendar: 25 to 29 of Tammuz.
Pronunciation: Hahu / HeHeVa.
Gematria: 19.
באו נשתחוה ונכרעה נברכה לפני-יהוה עשנAs Yesod of Binah, this Name connects us with the Source of Life, reflecting the energy of the Mother. In fact, we can consider it to represent the umbilical cord that links us to the Mother of Life. The meditation of the Name חהו gives us, then, an injection of vitality, and therefore health. Anyone with problems in his vital body, and in general anyone who is low in vitality, with poor or diminished health, can turn to the energy of this Name for rectification. The vital body is a resultant of the astral, emotional body. Thus, we can use the light of this Name as a shield to protect us from the negative emotions that others may project upon us, and also to overcome those that we ourselves generate.
Come, let us bow down and kneel, bend the knee before the LORD our maker,
(Psalm 95:6)
נתה

The teacher is the embodiment of the light of Wisdom and the light of Mercy, the two qualities that the name channels. The Name carries a great channeling of Light. It is Light adapted to beings, that is to say, the expansive divine grace that brings each being to the maximum measure of what he is: what is called his Good. It is the Light of the first day, "ויאמר אלהים יהי אור ויהי-אור. And Elohim said 'Let there be Light and the Light was' ". And next "And God saw the Light that it was good. And all things were comprised in the unity of the Yom Ejad, day one, for the Light is one.

(Psalm 34:5)
האא
Binah of Chesed.
Hebrew calendar: 6 to 10 Av.

Gematria: 7
יהוה מלך תגל הארץ ישמחו אייים רביםAs Binah of Chesed, this Name has often been interpreted in connection with the externalization of law and the application of justice, a righteous, equitable and benevolent justice. On the personal level, the light of the Name confers the ability to act in accordance with divine laws, giving us the energy to pursue the realization of one's legitimate desires and goals, i.e., in harmony with the Law. Harmony between the self and the process of the world.
The LORD is king! Let the earth exult, the many islands rejoice!
(Psalm 97:1)
It gives us the harmony between two complementary aspects of reality, symbolized in the line and the circle: the singular, discontinuous, analytical, rational, etc. Sometimes the former is symbolized as masculine and the latter as feminine.
Their mode of being is the state of flow, in connection with the Whole. That is the Grace we can request from the illumined Light of Action is another meaning of this Name.
ירת
Chesed of Chesed.
Hebrew calendar: 11 to 15 Av.
Pronunciation: Irat / YoReTa.
Gematria: 610.
חלצני יהוה מאדם רע מאיש חמסים תנצרניThis Name channels the energy of Chesed in all its purity, bringing prosperity and abundance, both material and spiritual. It is a Name of grace and blessing. It expands every project. It teaches us to see the positive in all situations and fills the soul with optimism and joy of life. We must keep in mind that the principle of Chesed is the will to give and we must not forget to put in perspective everything we receive, thanking the Creator and putting it in a context that transcends the "me, my, mine, for me". Chesed's thought is always generous, altruistic, social. It seeks the establishment of a just and solidary society, in which there is a circulation and redistribution of wealth. One practical way to do this is to cultivate detachment through the institution of the מעשר, maaser, the tithe (its numerical value is 610).
Rescue me, O LORD, from evil men; save me from the lawless,
(Psalm 140:2)
Tithing, giving 10% of all that is earned to remove negative forces from our earnings.
שאה
Gevurah of Chesed.
Hebrew calendar: 16 to 20 Av.
Pronunciation: Shah / ShiAHe,
Gematria: 306.
שפטני כצדקך יהוה אלהי ואל-ישמחו-ליTransmits the fiery energy of Divine Love. Love, is, first of all, between Divine Faces: of the Holy One Blessed Be He (the Divine Face of Tiferet, the masculine aspect of God involved in Creation) and the Shekinah (the Divine Face of Malkuth, the feminine aspect). This archetypal love within the very bosom of the Divine manifests itself on all levels and worlds: in the relationships between God and Creation, in human history (e.g. in the historical manifestation of epochs of light and of occultation), in the human being between soul and spirit (anima and animus; or soul and God in the language of the mystics) and, of course, in the love between man and woman, ish and ishá, איש and אשה. In every flame of love burns the Name of God. Love is to be understood as the very Name of "God seeking Himself," the inexorable force that reminds us of our divine origin. Love is the cosmic force of liberation.
Take up my cause, O LORD my God, as You are beneficent, and let them not rejoice over me.
(Psalm 35:24)
ריי

זמרו ליהוה ישב ציון הגידו בעמים בעמים עלילותיוWith its powerful irradiation, this Name provides a great channeling of Light. It is the Light of universal Compassion. Tiferet of Chesed is the Heart of Compassion. יי is a Divine Name in itself. The Name can be seen as expressing רחום יהוה אדני, Rachum YHVH Adonai, (Compassionate or Merciful is YHVH Adonai). Double Yod, double meaning of the Chesed path to Tiferet.
Sing a hymn to the LORD, who reigns in Zion;- declare His deeds among the peoples.
(Psalm 9:12)
Descending: the Chesed, the divine Love, Grace and Mercy that are poured into the heart.
Ascendant: the heart that opens to the Chesed. Through giving.
Wisdom and Love are two faces of the same reality. The Name ריי is also a source of inspiration. It opens a channel between the consciousness and the higher worlds. It connects with the Inner Planes. It puts us in contact with the masters of Wisdom. The light of the Name ריי provides us, by its mere presence, by its purity and the powerful irradiation of its being, an infallible protection against the forces of negativity, against all those dark energies that could be projected upon us.
אומ
Netzach of Chesed.
Hebrew calendar: 26 to 30 Av.
Pronunciation: Avam / AVaMe.
Gematria: 47.
אודה יהוה כצדקו ואזמרה שם-יהוה עליוןFertility and fullness in every way. Energy of happiness and material and spiritual abundance. It is the Netzach channel of Chesed and as such projects an enormous outpouring of creative energy to the lower worlds. It is the Light of Chesed of the first day of Creation expressing itself as the lights and luminaries of the fourth day of Netzach: each being, potential in light, self-affirms itself seeking its expression; the projection of the single ray of white light diffracting into the seven vibratory frequencies manifested in the seven colored rays, which, in the empty space of the cosmic womb, interact with each other endlessly giving rise to all the chromatic richness of the visible world: each being in its luminous essence. For this Name contains the Mother of the Spirit, of the Ruach Elohim, fluttering over the Mem of waters, in whose womb is gestated the Vav, which represents the fruit, the Son. "And Elohim saw the Light (in all its configurations), that it was good. The Name can also be used as a focusing lens to bring down the creative energy on a specific intention (fertility, childbirth, the descent of an elevated soul, etc.).
will praise the LORD for His righteousness, and sing a hymn to the name of the LORD Most High.
(Psalm 7:18)
לכב
Hod of Chesed.
Hebrew calendar: 1 to 5 Elul.
Pronunciation: Lekab / LaKhaBe.
Gematria: 52.
ואני עליך בטחתי יהוה אמרתי אלהי אתהIt is spiritual consciousness (Chesed) expressing itself through the mind (Hod). The light of this Name confers a deep understanding of the universal laws as the embodiment of wisdom. And what is as much or more important, the capacity to act in accordance with them. Because this is a Name of practical intelligence, applied to the resolution of problems (for which the opportune inspirations will be received), of mental capacity applied to the attainment of objectives, and also to know how to bring to a successful conclusion what we have begun. All this always in accordance with the designs of the Spirit. The light of the Name לכב is an invaluable help in meditation. It works the unification of the higher planes of mind with the Divine Mind is the level of prophecy.
But I trust in You, O LORD; I say, "You are my God!"
(Psalm 31:15)
ושר
Yesod of Chesed.
Hebrew calendar: 6 to 10 Elul.
Pronunciation: Veshar / VaShiRe.
Gematria: 506.
ובשם-יהוה אקרא אנה יהוה מלטה נפשיIt connects us to the foundation (Yesod) of expansive and constructive energy, of mercy and love, of righteousness, of the greatness of Chesed.
and I invoked the name of the LORD, "O LORD, save my life!"
(Psalm 116:4)
It is the symbol of the Divine creative and generative power operating in the Cosmos. It is the manifestation of Divine Power on the astral plane. It connects the astral plane with the spiritual plane, overcoming the illusions and projections that on the one hand fascinate us and on the other have us trapped.
Once we have cleaned the mirror, we can connect with the memory bank recorded and stored in our instinctive nature. It is also the energy of the Tzadik. As it is written: Tzadik Yesod Olam, the Tzadik is the foundation of the world. It is the person who has reached the union or harmonization of the polarities in himself. It implies the control of all the force aspect of our personality: instincts, passions, impulses, emotions, feelings, in general all of them constellated around what is known as archetypes of the personal unconscious, and in particular, the shadow or dark archetype, but also the animaanimus, the contrasexual image in the psyche. It has to do with the elevation of the serpent: The Vav represents the central channel, Shin is fire, the fire of the Shekinah, and Resh is head.
יחו
Chokmah of Gevurah.
Hebrew calendar: 11 to 15 Elul.
Pronunciation: Yehu / YoHeVa.
Gematria: 24.
מה-גדלו מעשיך יהוה מאד עמקו מחשבתיךThis is a Name of great strength, will and determination. It is a will placed at the service of our Higher Self. It supports, therefore, all actions tending to the realization of our tikkun, which includes our pattern of destiny. It gives us great energy for our spiritual progress. And, above all, it gives us the power to face the trials that await us along the way. And the ability to persist despite failures. This Name יחו performs, so to speak, the surgery of the soul, purifying, extirpating our complexes and traumas, recognizing our negative part, rectifying our vessel based on our accumulated karma, stripping the self of all its layers, to reach the core, our deep identity, and discover that "being true to the inner 'I' a person begins to be true to the great 'I AM' that is יהוה."
How great are Your works, O LORD, how very subtleaOr "profound." Your designs!
(Psalm 92:6)
להח
Binah of Gevurah.
Hebrew calendar: 16 to 20 Elul.
Pronunciation: Lehah / LaHeHe.
Gematria: 43.
הריעו ליהוה כל-הארץ פצחו ורננו וזמרו.In this Name is manifested the understanding of spiritual purpose (Binah) as will and action in Gevurah. Its influence helps us to embody in us the virtues of the warrior: courage, discipline, loyalty, spirit of service to higher causes and, above all, teaches us to master and channel our strength through the law of limitation, which is the condition of power. The Name is an antidote against anger, and also against depression at the other extreme, depending on whether the individual tends to explode or to implode (in what depression has of anger directed against oneself). Likewise, the light of להה is a powerful shield of energy around us. One of the lessons of this Name is that greatness consists in becoming small, in self-annulling for transcendence. Ego and pride are formidable enemies, appearing and reappearing in sometimes subtle ways, and before which we are constantly defeated. Therefore, the tikun of this Name is self-forgetfulness, impeccability, action detached from results, "Thy Will be done", the will in the service of the spirit.
Raise a shout to the LORD, all the earth, break into joyous songs of praise!
(Psalm 98:4)
כוק
Chesed of Gevurah.
Hebrew calendar: 21 to 25 Elul.
Pronunciation: Kevaq / KaVaQo.
Gematria: 126.
ואני אליך יהוה שועתי ובבקר תפלתי תקדמךThis Name channels the energy of the Chesed of Gevurah, on the one hand, strength or power expressing itself through mercy; on the other, expansive energy in service or as an engine of the will. The Name thus channels, in the first aspect considered, the energy of forgiveness, which is a force or power in itself. Not only of forgiveness in the abstract, but of reconciliation, adding that Tiferethic factor of restoration of equilibrium indicated by the letter Vav at the center of the Name. And every time we bring into play the energy of forgiveness and reconciliation we are raising sparks of Light.
As for me, I cry out to You, O LORD; each morning my prayer greets You.
(Psalm 88:14)
In the second aspect, the dynamism and will of Gevurah is expressed in an expansive and unitive way. It is the force of motivation. It gives us the energy to pursue and obtain what we desire. In the second aspect, the dynamism and will of Gevurah are expressed in an expansive and unitive way. It is the force of motivation. It gives us the necessary energy as an emotion to pursue and obtain what we desire. In particular, this Name governs the energy of sexuality, which, too, can take us to the heights, for all planes of polarity are reproduced in the archetype of the couple, which thus becomes the most complete instrument of spiritual realization.
מנד
Gevurah of Gevurah.
Hebrew calendar: 26th to 29th of Elul.
Pronunciation: Menad / MeNuDa.
Gematria: 94.
יהוה אהבתי מעון ביתך ומקום משכן כבודךIt manifests the essence of Gevurah, which is denial of the denial of God. Negative emotions: fear, anger, depression, sadness,... are also a denial of God. It is the task of the light of this Name to correct all of these, protecting the weak and oppressed, imparting justice to restore balance, freeing us from bondage, purifying us from our negative energies, helping us to overcome our fear, negating, as we say, negation, which is an affirmation. The only fear that we should allow ourselves is Yirat Hashem, (and to deepen in it we can use the meditation of this Name), the Fear of God, the awe, the awe, the annihilation before the Divine Reality, which, on the other hand, flows into Love, Ahabat Hashem, and vice versa, being both two faces of the same reality.
O LORD, I love Your temple abode, the dwelling-place of Your glory.
(Psalm 26:8)
אני
Tiferet of Gevurah.
Hebrew calendar: 1 to 5 Tishrei.
Pronunciation: Ani / ANuYo.
Gematria: 61.
אם-אמרתי מטה רגלי חסדך יהוה יסעדניThis is one of the few Names with a direct meaning, in this case, Ani means Me. Considered from a Qabalistic point of view, the Self, the locus of identity and of the management of the psychomental contents of the individual, is a transitory structure that undergoes successive transformations (of personal and transpersonal states) as one ascends the Middle Pillar of the Tree of Life. In Yesod we have the mental self, what we commonly understand as ego. In Tiferet we have what we call the authentic self, the embodied divine spark, the personal "I". The transpersonal levels of identity open in Daat and the Divine Self would correspond to Kether. The ultimate source of the Self is in the Unmanifested Absolute, Deity in its essence, hidden behind the veil of Ain, Nothingness. And it is commonplace in Qabalah to see that Ain, אינ (nothingness), is a permutation of אני,I, with the same numerical value both as Adon, אדנ , Lord. In this
When I think my foot has given way, Your faithfulness, O LORD, supports me.
(Psalm 94:18)
ladder, when one begins to be true to the inner 'I', that true self is one with the Shekinah, the manifested Divine Self.
חעמ
Netzach of Gevurah.
Hebrew calendar: 6 to 10 Tishrei.
Pronunciation: Kham / KheOMe.
Gematria: 118.
כי-אתה יהוה מחסי עליון שמת מעונךThe power and strength of Gevurah expressing itself through Netzach. Which implies control or management of the emotions, of the forces of nature and, in general, of the energies of the astral plane. This means that it is a Name that cleanses, purifies the feelings and emotions, putting in harmony the body of desires with the divine laws; it frees us from ties, complexes and energetic blockages caused by traumas; it protects us from the negative energies projected against us (spells, negative rituals, artificial elementals, etc.). It is a Name to invoke, in distress, in misfortune, in states of anxiety, bringing peace and serenity to the soul.
Because you took the LORD-my refuge, the Most High-as your haven,
(Psalm 91:9)
רהע
Hod of Gevurah.
Hebrew calendar: 11 to 15 Tishrei .
Pronunciation: Riha / ReHeO.
Gematria: 275.
ימין יהוה רומממה ימין יהוה עשה חילHod of Gevurah. Indicates accurate analysis (and thus diagnostic ability) and soul surgery. Healing on all levels. The light of this Name gives us the discernment necessary to discriminate between good and evil. It teaches us the lessons of ethics sometimes through admonition and correction. It presents us with the truth about ourselves, a naked truth before which there is no room for evasion; but not with a punitive intent, but to give us the opportunity for Teshuvah.
The right hand of the LORD is exalted! The right hand of the LORD is triumphant!
(Psalm 118:16)
In this Name all negative energy is transmuted into positive, and every seemingly difficult situation becomes an opportunity for learning and growth. And a situation is transmuted the moment we make the change, and from operating on the basis of the desire to receive only for ourselves, we operate from the desire to give and share. On another note, this is a Name of mental discipline in order to reach a state of deep meditation.
ייז
Yesod of Gevurah.
Hebrew calendar: 16 to 20 Tishrei.
Pronunciation: Iyaz / YoYoZa.
Gematria: 27.
יראי יהוה בטחו ביהוה עזרם ומגנם הואIt has to do with the concretization of the desire body in the vital body (and the work with this Name teaches us about the circulation of the vital energy, its movement). It gives strength and robustness, physical and emotional strength, energy, ability to push and achieve goals in life, with a good conjunction of imagination and action. The action of Gevurah becomes present to us in the mirror of the mind (Yesod). In particular our anger appears as a response to frustration. Unconscious reactivity is one of the main obstacles we encounter on the path. In any given situation, at the very moment when our mechanisms of action are about to be set in motion, we "stop" for a fraction of a second and become aware, connecting that awareness with its source in the Infinite Light. Then we act, but we remain in consciousness.
O you who fear the LORD, trust in the LORD! He is their help and shield.
(Psalm 115:11)
ההה
Chokmah of Tiferet.
Hebrew calendar: 21 to 25 Tishrei.
Pronunciation: Hahah / HeHeHe.
Gematria: 15.
יהוה הצילה נפשי משפת-שקר מלשון רמיהChokmah from Tiferet means the Wisdom within, flowing from our own connection to the Divine). ה is the letter of the soul. Just as the Wisdom of Chokmah is only expressible through the Understanding of Binah (the י through the ה, in the Divine Name), it is through the ה in the Chokmah channel, Tiferet that its divine root is revealed to the soul, in this path of revelation and prophecy which is, at the same time of tremendous darkness, because the being has to detach itself even from its own mind and understanding to access the pure wisdom of Chokmah. In conclusion, this Name helps us to work on the connection with our own divine core, aligning our inner vehicles. It helps us to open ourselves to our inner, intuitive, direct wisdom, instead of entrusting our destiny to teachers and gurus, or experts in any area, empowering us to solve our own problems. It strengthens our self-esteem, once we have deeply understood the truth of our image and likeness with the Deity, just like other human beings.
O LORD, save me from treacherous lips, from a deceitful tongue!
(Psalm 120:2)
מיכ
Binah of Tiferet.
Hebrew calendar: 26th to 30th of Tishrei .
Pronunciation: Miyak / MeYoKha.
Gematria: 70.
יהוה ישמרך מכל-רע ישמר את-נפשךHis numerical value is precisely 72. Again the 72 Names as an instrument of deliverance. And the Name מיכ somehow gives us the whole connection of the 72 Names, it is like a Name that summarizes them . Thus, meditation on the Name מיכ (as a summary of the complete meditation on the 72 Names), opens our inner channel, keeping in mind that, as Binah of Tiferet, it is projected on the path that connects both sefirot: a path (Tiferet-Binah) of illumination, of descent of the Holy Spirit, with its seven rays or gifts, of union of Ruach and Neshama (our rational and spiritual souls, respectively), of connection of reason with the superconscious source, and consisting of a transmission to the "I" of the individual of the Supreme Light from the root of the higher levels of his soul.
The LORD will guard you from all harm; He will guard your life.
(Psalm 121:7)
וול
Chesed of Tiferet.
Hebrew calendar: 1 to 5 of Cheshvan.
Pronunciation: Veval / VaVaLa.
Gematria: 42.
יהוה ישמר-צאתך ובואך מעתה ועד-עולםThe letter Vav, hieroglyphically represents the set of the six dimensions of existence (up, down, east, south, west and north). The two Vavs of the triplet encompass both the inner and outer dimensions. The first Vav, hexagram of Tiferet. The second Vav, hexagram of Daat. The letter Lamed means balance based on justice. God rules over all dimensions with equity. In addition, its numerical value is 42, a number that mystically represents the union of spirit and matter, and how through spirit the seemingly fixed conditions of matter are transcended. ווול helps to free oneself from the lower aspects of the personality that embody the selfish desire to receive in order to move from need and suffering to abundance and happiness. Peace, joy, soul wealth. Generosity, compassion, desire to give, tsedaqá, openness of heart, greatness of soul. Also inner guidance, contact with maguidim (masters of the inner planes). ווול frees us from what oppresses us from the subconscious (traumas, complexes, etc.), sustains us in difficult moments when it seems that everything is shaky, guides our efforts and our struggles, helps us to make difficult and determining decisions in our lives, advocating radical changes when necessary and helping us to destroy in order to build later. It protects us from all evil.
The LORD will guard your going and coming now and forever.
(Psalm 121:8)
ילה
Gevurah of Tiferet.
Hebrew calendar: 6 to 10 of Cheshvan.
Pronunciation: Yelah / YoLaHe.
Gematria: 45.
מי ימלל גבורות יהוה ישמיע כל-תהלתוThe power of "self," the power that flows from being oneself. There is no greater power and the whole universe will work for you in that. It is the power to express the universal essence in a personal, individual way. There is nothing more important in the universe than to know and be authentically yourself, because only then can we fully realize the task for which we have been created. And it is for this that we are to be judged (Gevurah of Tiferet). The Name indicates judgment (Gevurah), but at the level of Tiferet, that is, of the "I", of the heart. This is a sweet judgment for one who judges himself and does not judge others. The lesson of this Name is that because of the inherent balance of the cosmos, all our actions bounce back to us, falling upon us. If we want to avoid harsh judgment upon ourselves we must simply suspend our judgment of others.
Who can tell the mighty acts of the LORD, proclaim all His praises?
(Psalm 106:2)
סאל
Tiferet of Tiferet.
Hebrew calendar: 11 to 15 of Cheshvan.
Pronunciation: Sal / SaALa.
Gematria: 91.
יהי-חסדך יהוה עלינו כאשר יחלנו לךTiferet of Tiferet. The numerology of the triplet סאל is 91 (60 + 1 + 30); it represents the conjunction of the Names of God in Tiferet and in Malkuth: יהוה and אדני, representing respectively the male and female aspects of the Deity acting in Creation, the union of divine transcendence and immanence, the union of the Heavens and the Earth. This union takes place in the heart, Tiferet, in particular in this essence that represents the Tiferet of Tiferet, which is the power of the center. When the center becomes present, unity manifests.
May we enjoy, O LORD, Your faithful care, as we have put our hope in You.
(Psalm 33:22)
סאל is the power of the sun and expresses a great channeling of Light, being the source of all prosperity, vitality, health, creativity. It is the transmitter of the solar fire, ever maintaining the open channel of the line of light from Ein Sof in which the worlds are emanated, created, formed and made), the Light that brings both spiritual fulfillment and material prosperity. It brings with it a constant awareness of the Divine Presence and makes us see the divine action in all things. By its solar essence, סאל, is the name of spiritual healing, bringing with it complete health of both body and spirit (there is no true health without the connection to the Divine Light). סאל is a guide in our vicissitudes through the Wheel. It teaches us the great lesson of detachment, maintaining balance in all situations and connecting us from the center with our divine root.
ערי
Netzach of Tiferet.
Hebrew calendar: 16 to 20 of Cheshvan.
Pronunciation: Ari / OReYo.
Gematria: 280
אל-תעזבני יהוה אלהי אל-תרחק ממניNetzach of Tiferet. Absolute certainty against doubt. Numerical value = 280. Same as מספק, doubt. Doubt is ספק = 240, which is the value of Amaleq (עמלק), the people who in biblical symbolism represent negativity.
Do not forsake me, O LORD; my God, be not far from me;
(Psalm 38:22)
In Exodus it is narrated that Amalek attacks Israel after the departure from Egypt right after they hesitate (Ex 17:7-16), "Is יהוה among us or not?". Israel prevails as long as Moses keeps his arms up, i.e., as long as the connection with the Supreme Ones is maintained]. ערי provides the archangelic connection (Numerical value of Raphael, Tsadchiel and Sandalphon. It unites Briá and Binah with Malkuth through the mind. He also holds the keys of cosmic energy (א, י, ש). He is a guide (רעי, my shepherd, 280) as in יהוה is my shepherd.

worship the LORD in gladness; come into His presence with shouts of joy.
(Psalm 100:2)
The Light of the Truth of Tiferet expressing itself through the intellect of Hod.
The general sense is one of global transformation, starting with personal transformation, a movement that begins with self-awareness and self-knowledge. It represents the whole of our programmings, habits, identifications, atavisms, dependencies, particular idols to which we bow, etc., and which must then be seen in the Light of the Truth that this Name channels, and then transformed for the sake of a new equilibrium, based on a new vision, the higher vision, the divine vision.
מיה
Yesod of Tiferet.
Hebrew calendar: 25 to 29 of Cheshvan.
Pronunciation: Miah / MeYoHe,
Gematria: 55.
ילבשו שוטני כלמה ויעטו כמעיל בשתםYesod of Tiferet implies a union of polarities. Yesod is the Moon, the feminine, and Tiferetes the Sun, the masculine. It also alludes to the Yesod-Tiferet path linking personality and individuality). Yesod is the mirror of Tiferet. Harmony ego, "I". The personality reflecting the true self of the individual. The individual in contact with his inner self. Also intuition. Secret hunches and inspirations about what is to occur. There is unification of the separate but all manifested in Malkuth, in the concrete, in the practical. It confers the complete vision, being able to contemplate all sides of a situation or problem. Seeing from all points of view (and the ability to take them on board) leads us to be tolerant. Internally, מיה promotes the union of the masculine and feminine polarities of the psyche. Externally, it favors in every way the relationships between woman and man. It grounds those relationships in love, friendship and mutual fidelity. It favors fruitful sexual relations. It helps in couple problems, allowing a greater mutual understanding. Attracts harmony and happiness to our home and families. It protects against impulses that lead us to disunity. In general, מיה is the angel of fertility and generation.
My accusers shall be clothed in shame, wrapped in their disgrace as in a robe.
(Psalm 109:30)
והו
Chokmah of Netzach.
Hebrew calendar: 1 to 5 of Kislev.
Pronunciation: Vahu / VaHeVa.
Gematria: 17.
גדול יהוה ומהלל מאד ולגדלתו אין חקר.Chokmah of Netzach: Wisdom of nature. Wisdom of the emotions. The human being has been created for happiness. He has the instruments for it. He is hindered by his own attitude and his negative emotions. All of them are learned, they are not part of his nature. They are all rooted in the desire to receive for oneself, and they can all be transmuted, releasing the encapsulated energy, changing our vibrational phase from the desire to receive to the desire to give. With the right attitude of being grateful for what life brings us continuously. The Talmud says: Who is wise? He who is content with his share. Of course there is suffering, there is correction.
Great is the LORD and much acclaimed; His greatness cannot be fathomed.
(Psalm 145:3)
We can also accept it, knowing that it is for the best, "Gam zu letova. This too is for the best," as the Talmudic sage used to say, and freeing ourselves from the extra purely mental suffering that we continually add. If we place ourselves in Hashem's hands, everything that happens to us, "positive" or "negative", will be an expression of Wisdom. Thus a man must put his trust in G-d and in nothing else. The purified heart goes straight to the goal. The Light of והו is our guide on the path with heart.
דני
Binah of Netzach.
Hebrew Calendar: 6th to 10th of Kislev
Pronunciation: Dani / DaNuYo.
Gematria: 64.
אודה יהוה בכל-לבי אספרה כל-נפלאותיךVictory manifesting through Understanding (higher intellect; active, creative intelligence). Victory through understanding of problems, situations. Word springing from deep understanding. Inspired word. דני = 64 = נבואה , Nebuah = prophecy.
I will praise You, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell all Your wonders.
(Psalm 9:2)
This Name is said to confer eloquence and high power of conviction, yet speaking with elegance and beauty. It also implies a decidedly positive mental attitude: it gives us the energy and motivation to fully achieve our goal, a goal we understand we truly need. Regarding the Nebuah, we must take into account the luminosity of this Name, representative of the formative power (Binah) of the astral light (Netzach). And prophecy is fundamentally expressed through images and visions. No situation is definitive. Everything can be forgiven, with judgment. For the name can be transmuted into דינ, judgment. But it is a judgment whose essence is mercy.
החש
Chesed of Netzach.
Hebrew calendar: 11 to 15 of Kislev. Calendar
Pronunciation: Hakhash /HeKheShi.
Gematria: 313.
יהי כבוד יהוה לעולם ישמח יהוה במעשיוExpresses the principle of Victory or Eternity (self-affirmation) expressed through the Light of Chesed (the light of mercy or good from the first day of Creation). The soul is a luminary for the Light of God.
May the glory of the LORD endure forever; may the LORD rejoice in His works!
(Psalm 104:31)
It makes that Divine Light which inflames the soul, shine through the darkness of our lives, is the work of this Name). The Victory of the Light is the Light that shines in the Darkness. Transformation of darkness into light: elimination of negativity in situations, environments, people in our lives. And the nature of Light is Giving. החש helps us to transmute the desire to receive only for ourselves into desire to give by sharing.
The healing agent is the fire of the spirit that only burns away our attachments, releasing the hidden Sparks of Light.
החש goes to the causes, not the symptoms or consequences. That transmutation of energy is at the same time redemption, because what we do is to release the spark of light hidden in matter.
עממ
Gevurah of Netzach.

For the LORD delights in His people; He adorns the lowly with victory.

שובה יהוה עד-מתי והנחם על-עבדיךWisdom, intuition, sparks of inspiration, genius. מנק
Binah of Yesod.
Hebrew calendar: 25 to 30 Shevat.
Pronunciation: Menaq / MeNuQo.
Gematria: 190.
אהב יהוה שערי ציון מכל משכנות יעקבWe know that everything that happens in Malkuth is previously manifested in the yesodic lattice, itself a reflection of the causal action of the rest of the sefirot. We exist on all planes. This eliminates randomness from our lives. The light of this Name teaches us that everything that happens to us, whether "good" or "bad", is the significant result of a chain that we ourselves have set in motion, either by our actions on this plane or by our choices on other planes (decisions of our higher nature). So, what we need to do is to put an end to our victim mentality, to self-pity and poor me, and instead align ourselves with the design of our higher nature, with which the energy of this Name connects us.
The LORD loves the gates of Zion, His foundation on the holy mountains, more than all the dwellings of Jacob.
(Psalm 87:2)
It is therefore very helpful to meditate on this Name when one finds oneself in special difficulties that one does not understand, or when one is subject to bouts of self-pity, or when one is experiencing a whirlwind of negative emotions, whether one's own or others', and so on. Also, in general, to balance and harmonize our emotional nature. And to give meaning to our experiences. And to regain inner peace. The light of the Name frees us from our experience of the material as oppressive, leading us back to unity, this Name is a plea for spiritual awareness in the midst of the physical.

חי-יהוה וברוך צורי וירום אלוהי ישעי.Chesed from Yesod. The ray of Love and Wisdom reflected in the astral sphere. The expansive aspect of the moon represented by the waxing phase. Characteristics it confers: Growth, expansion, construction. Optimism, serenity, joie de vivre, confidence, even in adversity. Positive attitude, making the best of all circumstances. Capacity for transformation, adaptability to change, flowing with the etheric and astral tides. Vitality. Great sensitivity. High spirituality. Esoteric philosophy. Psychism. In its negative face, lack of confidence, always wanting to anticipate, we want the world to respond to our expectations, often projection of our egoic desires and their desire for permanence. The wisdom that איע transmits to us lies in living in the present, concentrating on the now, in its fullness. It is that attitude of delight that connects us with divinity, connection that is union, and that union brings as a consequence realization, true achievement. It is pure cause and effect. What is the Divine gaze? It is the look of fullness, joy, delight, bliss. It is impossible in a state of absence to attain the divine state. But this state is not immediate, it is not given, it is necessary to fight for it, it is necessary to overcome many trials, it is necessary to resist our negativity. The result achieved is enlightenment by the Divine Spirit and immanent Wisdom.
The LORD lives! Blessed is my rock! Exalted be God, my deliverer,

ראה
Tiferet of Yesod.
Hebrew calendar: 11 to 15 of Adar.
Pronunciation: Reh / ReAHe.
Gematria: 206.
קראתי בכל-לב ענני יהוה חקיך אצרהDirect perception of truth. Tiferet of Yesod is sun and moon, sunlight reflected in the lunar mirror. Also Tiferet-Yesod path, governed by the angel of temperance: balance of energies, inner union. The path to oneself. When we are lost, confused, and do not know which path to take, ראה comes to our aid, illuminating the way to our spiritual home, to enjoy our birthright, the share of our inheritance, as sons and not as servants. It gives us the clear vision of wisdom: everything is the unfolding of the Self, and the Self is the One, יהוה, in motion. It is the sun shining on the surface of the waters. Our own moon is the mirror of our personality. Our sun is our "I", our causal body, whose lower vertex is the plane of the abstract mind. Do not seek your essence in your thoughts, nor in the emotional world; seek it in your own inner light, let it shine from within, and once found let it radiate outward, let it illuminate the world.
I call with all my heart; answer me, O LORD, that I may observe Your laws.
(Psalm 119:145)
יבמ
Netzach of Yesod.
Hebrew calendar: 16 to 20 Adar.
Pronunciation: Yebam / YoBeMe.
Gematria: 52.
צדיק יהוה בכל-דרכיו וחסיד בכל-מעשיוAs Netzach of Yesod, this Name rules natural phenomena, but from within: it is the inner power of Nature. In fact, we can consider it as the expression of the soul of nature, as manifested, for example, in the Netzach path to Yesod. On one side we find the sky with its eternal order, with its stellar movements, below it the Earth, and in the middle we find this figure representing the soul of the world, the Great Mother, Nature in general. The water is poured from two urns: one pours over the water and the other over the earth, that is, over both the conscious and the subconscious part. Thus this Name, יבמ, which expresses the connection of the instinctive and the subconscious with nature, governs the organic self-regulation of life. The creative power of the Name is immense, manifesting the eternal and inexhaustible divine fecundity.
The LORD is beneficent in all His ways and faithful in all His works.
(Psalm 145:17)
היי
Hod of Yesod.
Hebrew calendar: 21 to 25 of Adar.
Pronunciation: Hayai / HeYoYo.
Gematria: 25.
יהוה שמרך יהוה צלך על-יד ימינךThe light of this Name grants great lucidity in decision making and also grants mental freedom. It gives us the intelligence and ability to recognize negative conditioning and programming, as well as any form of oppression and bondage, and frees us from them. It gives us the internal tools for inner combat and restructuring of our psyche. All therapies of cognitive cut, of the aha and mental reprogramming, are favored by its influence. The mental sensitivity it advocates means that everything is recorded in memory, which it makes available to us for the extraction of resources for the present task: both personal and historical memory. On the mental screen I can relive any past experience, however traumatic it may have been, and reformulate it in the light of my present situation. And the same with respect to my crystallized, even fossilized, habits and modes of behavior. היי will make us see that we set our own limits. היי proposes a constant dialogue with our subconscious. The work in meditation is very similar to self-hypnosis, with its three basic elements: consent (willingness to change), fixation (concentration) and suggestion (introduction of positive thinking). it is also a Name of prophecy, not in the sense that the future is written and it is enough to read it, but that we are able to create it and recreate it at every moment. We can perceive the many intertwined or overlapping timelines at every instant and choose freely. It connects the dimension of time with the archetypal timeless plane of the Divine Mind.
The LORD is your guardian, the LORD is your protection at your right hand.
(Psalm 121:5)
מומ
Yesod of Yesod.
Hebrew calendar: 26th to 29th of Adar.
Pronunciation: Mum / MeVaMe.
Gematria: 86.
יחל ישראל אל-יהוה מעתה ועד-עולםIndicates lunar influence par excellence. It channels all of Yesod's own sensitivity, receptivity, intuition, emotionality and psyche. It also helps us to discern the illusions and mirages of the lower astral, and to cleanse and purify our mental mirror by working on our inner water.
O Israel, wait for the LORD now and forever.
(Psalm 131:3)
It also grounds and scaffolds our lives, so that we do not drift on the astral tides. It grounds subtle energies: It concretizes and materializes, making it a powerful aid in the realization of any intention. It also confers lunar vitality, making it a potent Name for healing, particularly for all illnesses having to do with the fluids of the body.
Its light grants fulfillment and success, helps to finish things, to complete what has been undertaken, to close cycles properly. But every ending carries within it the seed of a new beginning (Psalm 131:3). מומ brings us hope that there will always be a new beginning. Sometimes we experience the end as death. מומ guides us through all deaths and prepares us for the new birth. It helps us to regenerate and be reborn from our ashes. The Name does at the same time a work of cleansing, purification and neutralization of negative karma.
